It is still raining,but the rain/snow line is almost here!! Take a look at Futurecast 3D (click to enlarge,and animate) Between Now and 3 or 4pm it will be rain, but KCI is already seeing a mix. North of the metro it's changing over. South of the metro the changeover will occur around 3 or 4pm.
Below is the latest Snowfall Forecast (click to enlarge), not much has changed as you can see.
